Node Migration Fails on BDA 5.2 Due to Restarting the Migration Process with the Wrong Node (Doc ID 2950354.1)

Symptoms

The issue here is that mode migration fails on BDA 5.2 due to restarting the migration process from the beginning and trying to migrate an incorrect node.

The sequence of events leading up to this are:

1. Migrating a node on BDA 5.2 fails during the last step, CleanupInstall.

2. Running the node migration again fails during the initial checks with a message about a host other than the node which was being migrated originally.
