OGGBD- Replicat Abending with "Invalid client secret provided" (Doc ID 2951129.1)

Symptoms

The secret key on Azure has expired. A new key was received and installed it into the core-site.xml file. But after stopping the manager and restarting the replicats, they are abending with

com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: External file access failed due to internal error: 'Error occurred while accessing HDFS: Java exception raised on call to HdfsBridge_IsDirExist. Java exception message:

HdfsBridge::isDirExist - Unexpected error encountered checking whether directory exists or not: AbfsRestOperationException: AADToken: HTTP connection failed for getting token from AzureAD. Http response: 401 Unauthorized
