OGG ERROR 101 Bad parameter: No DICTIONARY specified for DEF MARKER-REC .

The 19.x extract have parameters in the following order

EXTTRAIL \<system name>.$<Vol>.<Sub Vol>.CD,FORMAT RELEASE 12.2

DICTIONARY $<Vol>.PS60DDL
