Symptoms

In database with MAX_STRING_SIZE=EXTENDED, SELECT query referencing reference partitioned tables and in the join order chosen some
tables are not directly joined fails with below error:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kkoUpdateFroAnn:incorrect pwj], [0], [0], [0], [1], [2], [2]
