Symptoms

Syntax error in dumpfile created by mysqldump:

 The syntax error could be a different message, for example about a deprecated option used,  but the key is they it's a Warning and near the top of the file.

Changes

 mysqldump version 8.0.29 or earlier was used to create the dump.
