Symptoms

Preupgrade tool reports the warning "Remove the expired snapshots and shrink AWR tables with more than 50% free space before upgrade to reduce the upgrade downtime". 

However, there aren't any snapshots in DBA_HIST_SNAPSHOT that are earlier than the retention period.
