RAC Database Instance Open Slow On Undo Initialization In Oracle Solaris 11.4 SRU57 or Later (Doc ID 2962345.1)

Symptoms

Solaris SRU 58 was applied on servers hosting two node RAC database which was previously running on Solaris SRU 55.SRU 58 was applied to both Control and Guest Domain where the RAC database were running. Post reboot of both the nodes on the new SRU,RAC Database started fine on Node 1 but while starting second instance we could see severe slowness while opening the second database instance .Open was slow in Undo Initialization phase. Issue was still seen by reverting Guest Domain to SRU 55 but Control Domain was not reverted to SRU 55.
