Capture Process Abends Due to OGG-02246 With FORMAT RELEASE 12.1 (Doc ID 2964046.1)

Symptoms

Capture process fails to start due to OGG-2246 when FORMAT RELEASE 12.1 is set in parameter file.

2023-07-29T13:20:39.286+0900  INFO    OGG-02089  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <Capture>.prm:  Source redo compatibility version is: 19.0.0.
2023-07-29T13:20:39.357+0900  ERROR   OGG-02246  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <Capture>.prm:  Source redo compatibility level 19.0.0 requires trail FORMAT 12.2 or higher.

Changes

"FORMAT RELEASE 12.1" is set in parameter file of Extract process, and Capture process connects Oracle Database 19c
