Mismatch similar to the ones below errors in cloned PDB in restricted mode

ERROR 21-JUL-23 03.18.22.672082 PM <PDB_NAME> OPTION PENDING Database option DV mismatch: PDB installed version 19.0.0.0.0. CDB installed version NULL.

ERROR 21-JUL-23 03.18.22.673246 PM <PDB_NAME> OPTION PENDING Database option OLS mismatch: PDB installed version 19.0.0.0.0. CDB installed version NULL.

ERROR 21-JUL-23 03.18.22.674249 PM <PDB_NAME> OPTION PENDING Database option SDO mismatch: PDB installed version 19.0.0.0.0. CDB installed version NULL.
