DDL Statements for Public Synonym Is Not Captured When EXCLUDE ALL Is Specified In DDL Clause (Doc ID 2967721.1)

DDL replication is enabled in Capture process, and "EXCLUDE ALL" is specified in DDL clauses.

At this case, DDL statements for "Public Synonym" is not excluded as below, but Capture process does not capture DDL statements for "Public Synonym".

DDL INCLUDE ALL, EXCLUDE ALL OPTYPE DROP OBJTYPE 'PACKAGE';

"EXCLUDE ALL" is specified in DDL clause of Capture process.
