On : 19.1.0.0.4 version, 1 - Oracle DB backend

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We're Trying to install Goldengate 19c for Database 19c on Linux 64 platform.

We've downloaded 191004_fbo_ggs_Linux_x64_shiphome.zip file from Oracle downloads site and followed the installation document.


While trying to execute runInstaller command for silent installation using response file, we got below error:
