Symptoms
Creating a third standalone database on a server using DBCA as below fails with error:
dbca -J-Djava.io.tmpdir="C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\logs" -J-Doracle.assistants.dbca.validate.ConfigurationParams=false
