Can not create OKV cluster in 21.5 because the Server time (in UTC ) shows TEST_NTP_SERVER when test the NTP SERVER

In NTP Screen , Getting "TEST_NTP_SERVER" message when we test the NTP Server Name

NTPSTAT command also shows synchronised .

#ntpstat
synchronised to NTP server (10.xxx.xx.xxx) at stratum 2
time correct to within 7 ms
polling server every 1024 s
