Symptoms

C# application need to override the certificate check for ODP.Net when connecting to the Database throw the below error. And the same query working fine in Sqlplus.

Issue happen when the ODP.Net 4.122.19.1:20230110 and the same working fine in ODP.Net 4.122.19.1:20211003

Changes

ODP.Net upgrades from 4.122.19.1:20211003  to 4.122.19.1:20230110
