This issue is specific to Windows platform.

When configuring global.autoupg_log_dir and log_dir on different drives, running autoupgrade -analyze or autoupgrade -deploy commands causes status.html and status.log files to be created as empty files without contents.  (They are just generated as 0 byte file).

The autoupgrade command can either succeed or fail, but the resulting status report is not available from status.html or status.log.

Following is an example config file. Note that autoupg_log_dir is configured on D: drive and log_dir on C: drive.

 mytest.cfg

This problem may also appear if you didn't explicitly specify autoupg_log_dir, and the default location chosen for autoupg_log_dir was on a different drive from log_dir.
