Java Classed Execution Fails With Java.lang.SecurityException: JCE Cannot Authenticate The Provider (Doc ID 2976834.1)

Symptoms

After applying the patch 31339728 (INCORRECT ARRAY ACCESS IN JIT-COMPILED JAVA STORED PROCEDURES) on top of OJVMRU 19.20.0.0.230718 (Patch 35354406),
the Java code inside the database when invoked is throwing the following error.

The error does not occur if the patch 31339728 is applied on top of OJVM RELEASE UPDATE: 19.10.0.0.210119 (32067171).

 

Changes

Customer upgraded the database to OJVMRU 19.20.0.0.230718.
