Symptoms
CONTAINS queries, for example:
SELECT .... FROM the_table WHERE CONTAINS (the_column, ...) > 0 ...
Return incorrect results after upgrading from 21c to 23ai.
The index on the column is a SYNC-ON-COMMIT Text index:
