BDA 5.2 expansion with CA signed certificates fails in Step 7 InstallHadoop, due to the cloudera agents being unable to start.

The error looks like:

1. This indicates that the cloudera scm agents on the cluster hosts will not start.

2. Checking /opt/cloudera/security indicates that the CA signed certificates have been overwritten on all cluster hosts.

Performing a BDA 5.2 expansion with CA signed certificates.
