Symptoms
Exadata storage servers running version 22.1.14 or lower experience disk confinement and reboot with the following messages in ALERTHISTORY:
ASM disk group dismount may occur if multiple storage servers are affected by this issue around the same time.
While X9M and earlier storage servers are exposed to this issue, it has only been observed on X9M storage servers, typically after adding database workload or increasing consolidation density on the system. X10M storage servers are not affected.
