After configuring a TCPS connection in a RAC environment, TNS-00542 and TNS-12560 errors are periodically printed to the listener log.
The error output is the same time each time as "service_update * +ASM1" or "service_update * +APX1 * 0".
Example(listener log):
The TCPS connection by the user to the database instance is successful.

In the TCPS configuration procedure, the DB instance restarted, but the ASM instance did not.
