Symptoms
When using the Data Pump export utility to write a dump file to an object store in 19c and above, errors similar to the following may be seen:
ORA-39001: invalid argument value
ORA-39000: bad dump file specification
ORA-31641: unable to create dump file "https://<>/my_dump.dmp"
ORA-17502: ksfdcre:4 Failed to create file https://<>/my_dump.dmp
ORA-17500: ODM err:ODM HTTP Bad Request

ORA-17500: ODM err:ODM HTTP Bad Request
The object store may be an OCI resource principal, Azure service principal, Amazon Resource Name (ARN), or a Google service account.
