Symptoms

Database has been patched today and getting ORA-24177 when calling a stored proc on database, that calls DBMS_AQADM.PURGE_QUEUE_TABLE.

Calling DBMS_AQADM.PURGE_QUEUE_TABLE from multiple processes for a specific queue_table but with a unique purge_condition param. purge_options = false
