Symptoms
- Unable to discover/promote GoldenGate MicroServices 21c "secured" deployments.
- Running "Discover Now" in OEM console finds no instance/deployments/targets.
- EM Agent's -> ../agent_inst/sysman/emd/ogg_so_logs.log.0 shows
com.oracle.sysman.goldengate.discovery.GoldenGateMicroServicesDiscovery getJSONDataFromUrlForSSL
