ORA-7445 [LsxValidateKey()+216] when the Same XSD is Used for Parallel Validation (Doc ID 2992508.1)

Symptoms

On 19c, validating incoming XML messages in multiple sessions using external XSDs crashes with the following error if the same XSD is used for parallel validation:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [LsxValidateKey()+216] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x7F3298887168] [PC:0x43BF098] [Address not mapped to object] []

If the nodes are removed from the top level element, the process doesn't fail.
