While Login Into OGGMA Deployment Fails With OGG-08110 Failed To Initialize TimeZone Information (Doc ID 2996541.1)

Symptoms

While login into OGGMA Deployment getting the below error:

2023-11-27T04:48:41Z ERROR OGG-08110 Login failed. Failed to initialize timezone information. Check location of ORACLE_HOME.

As per Doc ID 2937353.1, Login to GoldenGate MicroServices -> Service Manager webpage -> click on deployment name -> clicked -> Configuration tab
LD_LIBRARY_PATH, PATH or SHLIB_PATH environment variables are having correct values.

Changes

 OS Patching was done on OGG MA Server, after which unable to Login. Extract/Distribution working fine.
