Describe step-by-step process of upgrading a databases from earlier versions ( 11gR2, 12cR2 an 18c ) to Oracle Database 19c (non-CDB).

- The source database must be a version compatible with the direct upgrade to 19c. ( 11gR2, 12cR2 an 18c )

- You should already have installed only software of Oracle Database 19c.

- Target ORACLE_HOME must have the latest level of RU Patches.
