Symptoms

After upgrading to Postgres 16 the replicat abends with:

OGG-00552 Database operation failed: Executing query: SHOW LC_CTYPE. Called from execute:2203. ODBC error: SQLSTATE 37000 native database error 6820852. [Oracle][ODBC PostgreSQL Wire Protocol driver][PostgreSQL]ERROR: VERROR; unrecognized configuration parameter "lc_ctype"(File guc.c; Line 1244; Routine find_option;.
