ODBC is Crashing After First Transaction When Attempting Batches of Data Changes (Doc ID 3003194.1)

Symptoms

When attempting a data migrating via the application using the ODBC MySQL Connector, the driver crashes and requires the service to be restarted.

The ODBC driver the app is using is version 8.0.33 (64-bit) and the mysqld instance is 8.0.32 version.
