How to Use KFED to Solve Diskgroup Mount Failed with ORA-15040 ORA-15017 (Doc ID 3004126.1)

Symptoms

1. Diskgroup mount failed with ORA-15040,ORA-15017,ORA-15032 as below:

WARNING: Disk Group DATADG containing spfile for this instance is not mounted
WARNING: Disk Group DATADG containing configured OCR is not mounted
WARNING: Disk Group DATADG containing voting files is not mounted
ORA-15032: not all alterations performed
ORA-15017: diskgroup "DATADG" cannot be mounted
ORA-15040: diskgroup is incomplete

2. There is no corruption from OS and Storage perspective.

3. kfod result as below, disk's status is "CANDIDATE" rather than "MEMBER":
