Symptoms

Installed OGG for Postgres 21.12

When trying to deploy to existing Service Manager it encountered following error -

/oggca.sh -silent -responseFile /home/cloud-user/goldengate-efs/stage/resp-files/deploy_pg_test.rsp -debug

[FATAL] [INS-85077] Empty value for ODBCINST environment variable.
  ACTION: Specify a value for the ODBCINST environment variable.
