After Upgrading To OGG 21c For SQL Server, User Gets Malware Detection For ggsci.exe Executable (Doc ID 3008513.1)

Goal

On : 21.3.0.0.0 version, 2 - Non Oracle DB backend

Multiple Malware detected by MDE(Microsoft Defender for Endpoint), after upgrading OGG to 21c from prior 12c version on Windows platform.

User has done GG upgrade to 21c. They observed that ggsci.exe file is missing from new GG home folder.
User observed message 'Trojan:Win32/Bearfoos.A!ml' in file 'ggsci.exe', during attempted open file.

This message was passed by user's security team and they inquired about why the executable ggsci.exe is unsigned.
