You are getting a lot of trace large trace files in the user dump area with the following info:

PQQ:kskqupdnumps:ATTN op 1 numps 6 active 1 maxdop 2 stmts 2 psallocs 1 pqsrv 4 vtflags 0xa030

sql [SELECT MHOLD.WORKFLOW_ID, MSG.MESSAGE_ID FROM MBX_MESSAGE MSG, MBX_MAILBOX MBX, MBX_MESSAGE_HOLD MHOLD, DOCUMENT WHERE MBX.MAILBOX_ID = MSG.MAILBOX_ID AND MSG.MESSAGE_ID = MHOLD.MESSAGE_ID AND MSG.DOC_ID = DOCUMENT.DOC_ID AND MSG.MESSAGE_ID = :1 ORDER BY 2]
