AHF Can Not Start On Solaris (Doc ID 3009022.1)

Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition - Version 19.22.0.0.0 and later
Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit)

When upgrading to GIRU 19.22 , AHF also upgrading to AHF 23.9.5 and AHF can not start.
Uninstalling AHF 23.9.5 also failed.
