Symptoms

Scheduled SYNC job of a Text index is suddenly failing with errors:

ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-11422: linguistic initialization failed
DRG-11446: supplied knowledge base file D:\Oracle\product\ora19\ctx\data\enlx\drolkUS.dat not installed


Once the scheduled SYNC job has failed with the listed errors, they can be reproduced when manually SYNC'ing the index:


This occurs only on databases on Windows platform, and the issue goes away when the server is rebooted.
