Goal

Above 23ai, a new parameter AS_OF_TIMESTAMP has been added to the EXPORT_SCHEMA_STATS and EXPORT_TABLE_STATS procedures of the DBMS_STATS package.
By specifying a timestamp for this parameter, it is now possible to export statistics for a table or schema objects with the specified timestamp.
