Oracle Restart (SIHA) shows an ohasd.bin process already running and HAS stack fails to start when called as 'root' user:

HAS start may be trying to start as 'root' user as part of a postpatch operation or manual start attempt as root:

Customer incorrectly executed the “rootcrs.sh -updateosfiles” command in this Oracle Restart environment.
