OGG 21c SQL Server Extract Does Not Abend After DDL change on the Table (Doc ID 3016533.1)

Goal

In previous SQL Server OGG versions (prior to OGG 21c) whenever there was a DDL change to a table, the extract would Abend.  In OGG 21c for SQL Server whenever there is a DDL change, the extract would not change  the supplemental logging  and replication would act like it doesn't have the column in the table.
