DBVERIFY on ASM Data File Causes ORA-12269 (Doc ID 3022345.1)

Symptoms

Despite no client-server encryption/cryptographic checksum version issues,
when DBVERIFY is performed on an ASM data file, ORA-12269 occurs irregularly.
Note that ORA-12269 occurs in multiple data files, and does not always occur in the same data file, and may terminate normally when executed again.
