Goal

UPDATEXML not working on LOCAL fields

Having issues while updating Local fields. UPDATEXML works as expected when the Local field contains Yes or No values, but when it contains Null/none value then UPDATEXML not working. 

Looking for an alternative solution other than UPDATEXML to update the Local field but when it contains Null/none value.
