Symptoms


After applying the DB RU patch and other AQ one-off patch, datapatch fails with below errors :

In this case it is 19.22 DB RU patch 35943157 and AQ patch 34774667.
Patch 35943157 - DATABASE RELEASE UPDATE 19.22.0.0.0 and
AQ patch 34774667 - ORA-7445 IN PURGE QUEUE TABLE
