FPP Move Failed - groups "OSOPER=oinstall" of the patched working copy are not configured in GI Home

Installed 19.22 Oracle restart manually on the client server without using any "OSOPER" group .

After installation , $GI_home/rdbms/lib/config.c was showing proper oputput:

Because of this group mismatch, move gi home is failing .
