Both nodes of the RAC runs as different cluster post rebuild of one node

Symptoms
One of the node had to be restored from a vmware snapshot both Grid and DB are up and running on both the nodes, but the node is no longer in RAC.
It act like a standalone server.
Changes
One of the cluster nodes was rebuilt from vmware snapshot.
Post rebuild of server the CRS and DB resources were running fine.
But other node's CRS resources are not shown in local node.
"olsnodes" command also shows the local node only.
