Net Manager Cannot Edit Directory Service Naming In Active Directory Over SSL (Doc ID 3027133.1)

Symptoms

Currently, Net Manager utility does not have the capability to edit directory service naming when connecting to Active Directory over SSL.

For example, before enabling SSL, users are able to create or edit tnsnames and store it in AD.
However, after enabling SSL only traffic in AD, those entries can no longer be seen through Net Manager.
