Odaadmcli Does Not Return Result And Keep Showing "Gathering Statistics..." (Doc ID 3029344.1)

When executing odaadmcli show commands, only "Gathering Statistics..." are shown and appropriate results are not returned.

Restarting server does not solve this symptom.

Also, messages file, sosreport and OS performance information(top, vmstat and so on) does not report any strange errors and warnings.

oak_conf.xml (/opt/oracle/oak/conf/oak_conf.xml) is manually modified.
