Goal
The NDB Error-Reporting Utility, the ndb_error_reporter command, is a very handy tool to collect diagnostic data from a running cluster environment. The tool requires SSH connections to hosts where MySQL NDB Cluster nodes are running. The Perl executable is also required to run the command. This document describes what files should be collected when you cannot use the ndb_error_reporter command due to some reasons such as unavailability of SSH and/or Perl.
