Cannot select a view on PDB Datafiles when it is READONLY and not OPEN (Doc ID 3030057.1)

Symptoms

You open PDB1 as read-only and create a clone PDB using:

 

What is missing, is the PDB ID 3 which is PDB1.

The datafiles do show up when checking at the OS or ASM level.
