The following error is found in the upgrade datapatch log
SCRIPT = [/oracle19/oracle/cfgtoollogs/..../catupgrd_datapatch_upgrade.log]
ERROR = [Error at line 136: script prvtsqlpatch.plb
ORA-02268: referenced table does not have a primary key
Error: prereq checks failed!
