Symptoms

When trying to create a new 19c RAC system using GridSetup customer encountered the error INS-08109.

 

Changes

Install 19.3 GI SW only and Apply 19.19 Patch
During Cluster node Information UI the following error is seen
[INS-08109] Unexpected error occurred while validating inputs at state'CRSNodeInformationUI'.
