Symptoms

When trying to add a user to the Oracle schema within an Rdb v7.x database, the following error is received;

The user is being added by using the SQL/Services v7.1.x script SYS$LIBRARY:RDB_NATCONN.COM with the ADDUSER argument. As such, the user cannot be added, and cannot access the Rdb database using Oracle OCI-based client software.

The RDB_NATCONN.COM script can be successfully used on other Rdb databases.
