How to disable CBC Ciphers for Java based Hadoop components on BDA 5.2/OL7.9. Java based Hadoop components include Accumulo, Flume, HBase, HDFS, Hive, Kafka, the Keystore Indexer, MapReduce, Oozie, Sentry, Solr, Spark, Sqoop, Yarn, and ZooKeeper.  Disabling CBC ciphers on Java applies to most of the Java based services once they are restarted.
